Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Feel free to call or text if you need to cancel, or reschedule your trip at any time. Due to last minute cancellations and no show bookings, we strictly follow this refund and cancellation policy for all trips:

• 14 calendar days or more in advance of the scheduled trip date, you are eligible and will receive a 100% refund.
• 7 calendar days or more in advance of the scheduled trip date, you are eligible and will receive a 75% refund.
• 3 calendar days or more in advance of the scheduled trip date, you are eligible and will receive a 50% refund.
• Any cancellations less than 3 calendar days in advance of the scheduled trip date, you will receive NO REFUND.
• All no show trips on the scheduled date of the trip, you will receive NO REFUND.
• Any and all weather related cancellations are determined by the captain of the trip. In the event of a weather cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund. We are happy to discuss the weather for your trip at any time and take your safety very seriously.
